Oadby ........... 0 Brigg ............ 2

TWO second-half goals from Brigg Town means that Oadby Town have a mountain to climb in the second-leg semi-final next Saturday.

Goals from Simon Drayton and Simon Roach put the Northern Counties East Premier league side in pole position.

But a brace of saves from visiting keeper Damian Steer kept the Zebras in it. The deadlock was broken on the hour mark. Drayton collected a flick on from inside the Oadby box before slotting the ball home.

Worse to follow. Steer denied both Curtis Warner and Tyrone Mintus' efforts before Simon Roach increased their advantage with a dipping 25-yard half volley.
