FOOTBALL: HOTLINE: Fun and games in Allen's Dog house.

BARNET manager Martin Allen has taken his Conference players away for a bonding weekend - to his house in Berkshire!

The former West Ham and QPR midfielder - known as Mad Dog - has got 17 players training in his back garden.

They will get a break from the daily grind with a round of golf and a barbecue.

But there will also be a competitive edge to the work they do, with the winners getting a bed for the night.

Those who come close will get a sofa, while the real losers will have to sleep on the floor.

Allen explained: "I've brought in a few new players this summer and it's important the lads all get to know each other.

"This seems a very good way of doing it."

jDIDIER DOMI, the former Newcastle defender, is keen on returning to the Premiership.
