FNIS BackOffice: new and improved.

FNIS Real Estate Services, a division of Fidelity National Financial, announced the launch of an expanded suite of Real Estate BackOffice products.

The enhanced FNIS DPN BackOffice Accounting System v9.0 provides a robust suite of broker back office management and integrated accounting applications, transaction management, marketing, publishing and automated real estate listing download capabilities.

In addition, system capabilities include general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales contract processing and commission processing. Extended option modules provide fixed asset management, inventory control, payroll, human resources, relocation and property management systems.

FNIS BackOffice Financial Analyst--FNIS' new financial analysis desktop software application enables users to leverage their FNIS BackOffice system and create a single database that is accessible at any time and houses all of their financial information.

Designed for real estate businesses, FNIS BackOffice Financial Analyst drills down to the transaction details and eliminates connectivity difficulties, while creating graphically simple reports, automatic updating, complete financial worksheets for each real estate office and budget vs. actual reports.
