FMC's latest spiral freezer: big capacity, with a small footprint.
First shown at the International Poultry Exposition, the GYRoCOMPACT[R] M10 Tight Curve (M10 TC) self-stacking spiral freezer incorporates all the benefits of the M-series product line but boasts superior hygiene, flexibility, reliability and performance. It takes up the same space as the GyRoCOMPACT 76.
The M10 TC's improved 40-inch belt expands on the outermost side and collapses on the innermost to create a tight radius and curve, while its patented pulling link is integrated in the mesh of the belt, creating a completely flat belt surface. These enhancements allow for greater capacity and longer run-times with less downtime and turnaround time. In addition, the new technology has no neck-down equipment from the process line, which allows for increased throughput and more trouble-free production.
Another feature, the third generation patented FRIGoDRIVE[R] M drive system, advances the conveyor belt using only rolling friction for increased speed, less lubrication and lower drive forces. In addition, the drive system enables increased stack weights of up to 45 tiers, significantly increasing capacity and efficiency.
