 FLUOR AND HERCULES ANNOUNCE JOINT ENTERPRISE
 IRVINE, Calif., June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Fluor Corp. (NYSE: FLR)


announced today that Fluor Daniel and Hercules Aerospace Co., a unit of Hercules Inc. (NYSE: HPC), will jointly pursue the multi-billion dollar market for disposal of treaty banned, obsolete or defective non-nuclear explosives, chemical and conventional munitions, and rocket motors for government and private industry clients.
 Fluor Corp. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Les McCraw said: "The world's rapidly changing geopolitical structure is creating unique challenges and opportunities in the engineering and construction industry. Together, Hercules Aerospace and Fluor Daniel bring extensive experience in design and construction of hazardous waste processing facilities, ordnance handling operations, and the safe and environmentally sound disposal of hazardous materials."
 The agreement is non-exclusive and will be applied on a project- by-project basis.
 Fluor Daniel performs hazardous waste remediation services for government and private industry clients, and has provided design and construction services for hazardous waste handling and processing facilities for the Department of Energy since 1950. Hercules is a major worldwide chemical company in addition to having extensive experience in operating ordnance plants, hazards analysis and designing processes and facilities for safe processing and disposal of hazardous energetic materials.
 Fluor Daniel Inc., the principal subsidiary of Fluor Corp., is an international engineering, construction, maintenance and technical services company with more than 50 offices worldwide.
