 FLO-SUN OFFERS EMERGENCY AID TO HURRICANE VICTIMS;
 MILLS AND FARMS UNAFFECTED
 PALM BEACH, Fla., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Flo-Sun Incorporated announced today it was virtually unaffected by hurricane Andrew, and the company will be sending supplies of rice and sugar to hurricane victims in Dade and Broward Counties.
 "Our priorities are to help these employees living in Dade and Broward counties who were affected by the Hurricane and to provide whatever relief services we can," said Jorge Dominicis, vice president of Flo-Sun. "We are happy to be able to help the hurricane victims in whatever way we can,"
 The company was hopeful the first shipments of rice and sugar could be shipped on Wednesday.
 "The Flo-Sun mills in Palm Beach County were very lucky to have been spared the full impact of hurricane Andrew," Dominicis said. "Preparations resumed today for harvesting the crop in October."
 He said extensive precautions were taken at the company's three mills, Okeelanta Corporation, Osceola Farms and Atlantic Sugar Association, Inc. to minimize damage due to high winds and water.
