FISCSI's Bahrain site is the former Supply Department of Naval Support Activity Bahrain. The Bahrain site's transfer to FISCSI, the last of the FISC alignments within Europe and Southwest Asia, achieved the overall vision of having an end-state structure for the region that is efficient, meets Commander, Navy Installation Command objectives, and supports Commander, Navy Region Southwest Asia missions for the supply portion of the CNIC Installation Core Business Model.

FISCSI Bahrain absorbed the Fleet Mail Center and its 18 Sailors and the trucking contract portion of the transportation piece from CTF-53. It is in the process of standing up a Logistics Support Center, establishing the beginnings of CHRIMP (Consolidated Hazardous Material Reutilization and Inventory Management Program), and transforming TOSMART (Tip of the Spear Mart) to the Navy Exchange Depot.
