 CONCORD, N.C., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- First Charter Corporation


(NASDAQ-NMS: FCTR), Concord, North Carolina, the holding company for First Charter National Bank, has declared its regular quarterly dividend of .09 cents per share to be paid on July 14, 1992 to shareholders of record on June 19, 1992.
