FINAL JUDGING OF PRIMETIME EMMY AWARDS TO TAKE PLACE AUG. 14 AND 15

 Winners Announced During `45th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards'
 Presentations Sept. 18 and 19
 NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Peer panel judging to determine final winners among nominees competing in the "45th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards" competition will be conducted by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS) at all-day sessions at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday, Aug. 14, and Sunday, Aug. 15. With the independent accounting firm of Ernst & Young supervising, panelists will cast their final votes after viewing tapes of the nominations.
 More than 800 panelists will serve on various panels with performers judging performers, writers judging writers, directors judging directors, etc. Among those slated to serve as judges are: Denny Dillon, Penny Fuller, Charlie Dell, Bonnie Bartlett, Diane English, Elinor Donahue, Lynn Latham, Bernard Lechowick, Bill Erwin, Nancy Malone, Daniel Petrie and Beth Grant. Erwin, Malone, English, Latham, Lechowick and Petrie, who are also nominees in this year's competition, may not judge in any category that is a conflict of interest.
 Winners primarily for programs, performers, writers and directors will be announced Sept. 19, during the "45th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards" telecast, originating on ABC-TV, 8 p.m. ET/PT to conclusion from the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Executive Producer is Don Mischer. Director is Lou Horvitz. Associate Producer is Michael Seligman. Immediately following the telecast the Academy will stage its traditional Governors Ball at the adjacent Pasadena Exhibition Hall as a sit-down dinner/dance that will be a special celebration for nominees and winners.
 On Saturday, Sept. 18, Emmy Awards in 55 categories, primarily for Creative Arts, will be presented at a black-tie banquet in the Pasadena Exhibition Hall. The Sept. 18 ceremony will be executive produced by George Sunga, with Spike Jones Jr. producing and directing the program. Carleen Cappelletti will oversee the details of the banquet and produce the Governors Ball on Sept. 19.
