FIGUREHEAD OF NEW GROUP.

A NETWORK designed to give people a say in the future of Liverpool's health and social care provision has elected its first figurehead.

Maggie Andrews has been appointed chairwoman of Liverpool's Local Involvement Network (LINk).

Mrs Andrews was previously chair of the Patient and Public Involvement Forum for the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen Hospitals.

LINk will launch at the LACE Conference Centre on Croxteth Drive, Sefton Park, on Tuesday, January 27.
