 FIFTY-THREE FORECLOSED PROPERTIES SELL NOV. 12
 BOYNTON BEACH, Fla., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- By order of a major


financial institution, 53 foreclosed properties located in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Polk counties will be auctioned at the Wyndham Harbour Island Hotel on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. Many of these properties will sell to the highest bidder at absolute auction. These properties include single family homes, duplexes and multi-family homes, and condominiums. All properties may be previewed on Oct. 31, Nov. 1, 7 and 8 from 1 to 5 p.m.
 In addition, a "How to Buy Real Estate at Auction Seminar" will be presented on Thursday Oct. 29 at 7:30 p.m. (6 p.m. for real estate professionals) and is designed to acquaint prospective bidders with the auction process. The seminar will add to our knowledge of auctions, the sales method of the '90s. This free seminar is open to the public and will be held at the Wyndham Harbor Island Hotel, 725 S. Harbour Island Blvd., Tampa.
