FIDELITY OPENS NEW BRANCH OFFICE IN MOUNT LEBANON, PA. PITTSBURGH, Nov. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Fidelity Savings Bank, PaSA (NASDAQ-NMS: FSVA) announced today that on Friday, Nov. 22, it acquired a branch office of Parkvale Savings Bank. The branch, which has deposits totaling approximately $8 million, is located at 728 Washington Road in Mount Lebanon, Pa. This office will operate as a full-service branch office and joins eight existing Fidelity branches located in Pittsburgh, the North Hills, Mount Lebanon and Zelienople, Pa. William L. Windisch, president of Fidelity, said he is pleased that Fidelity will now be able to extend its services to more residents of the South Hills and to offer additional convenience to its existing customers. Including the deposits gained through the acquisition of the Washington Road office, Fidelity's assets increased to $258 million. The net worth-to-assets ratio is 5.94 percent. Fidelity's common stock is traded over-the-counter on the NASDAQ National Market System under the symbol "FSVA."
