 FIDELITY BANK OFFERS $5,000 REWARD IN CENTER CITY ROBBERY CASE
 PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Fidelity Bank has announced a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the man who robbed Fidelity's 1700 Market St. branch the morning of Monday, Nov. 25, 1991.
 The bank robber is described as a black male in his 30s, 6-feet-2-inches to 6-feet-4-inches, approximately 210 to 220 pounds, with a muscular build, dark brown complexion, short hair and a full beard and mustache. He has a discoloration on his forehead that may be either a burn scar or birthmark. He was seen wearing a tan, three- quarter-length trench coat, a dark guard's uniform with a badge on the left side, black athletic shoes and black leather driving gloves with knuckles exposed. At one point he was wearing a ski mask and may have been wearing dark glasses underneath. He was carrying a dark steel long-barreled revolver and left the bank carrying two dark gym bags.
 Any information which would help solve this crime should be reported to the Citizens Crime Commission at 215-546-TIPS (546-8477). Calls to the Crime Commission are confidential and a caller does not have to reveal his or her identity to be eligible for the reward. The case is being investigated by the Major Crime Unit of the Philadelphia Police at 215-592-5687 and the Federal Bureau of Investigation at 215-629-0800.
