Why you should attend

Today, the objectives of the CFO and the CIO run in parallel, requiring close collaboration to achieve the goals of the business. Strategic IT enables sound governance and financial transparency, improves productivity and helps CFOs create sustainable competitive advantage.

FEI and SIM have teamed up this year to present a joint conference for both CFOs and CIOs. Attendees will be able to network with their CFO and CIO peers and attend informative sessions from both the IT and finance disciplines.

Who is FEI?

Financial Executives International (FEI) is the professional association of choice for senior-level corporate finance executives and the leading advocate for the views of corporate financial management. Its more than 15,000 members hold policy-making positions as Chief Financial Officers, Vice Presidents of Finance, Treasurers, Controllers, Tax Executives and Finance and Accounting Professors in academia. FEI accepts members from around the world. The association enhances member professional development through peer networking, career planning services, conferences, publications, and special reports and research. Members participate in the activities of 86 chapters, 75 of which are in the United States and 11 in Canada. For more information about FEI, visit www.fei.org.

Who is SIM?

Established in 1968, the Society for Information Management[R] (SIM) is the premier network for IT leaders comprised of nearly 3,000 members, including CIOs, senior IT executives, prominent academicians, consultants, and other IT leaders. SIM is a community of thought leaders who share experiences and relevant, useful intellectual capital and who are eager to explore the future of IT. In partnership with its 30 chapters, SIM provides resources and programs inspired by IT leaders for IT leaders, enabling CIOs to further develop their leadership capabilities and the key and emerging leaders in their organizations. SIM provides the collective voice to advocate policy and legislation on behalf of the IT profession across industries. For more information about SIM, visit www.simnet.org.
