FEI Research Foundation Announces 2001-2002 Board of Trustees.

MORRISTOWN, N.J., July 10 /PRNewswire/ --

The FEI Research Foundation, the non-profit research affiliate of Financial Executives International (FEI), today announced trustees and board officers for the one-year term from July 2001 through June 2002. All trustees are members of FEI.

Katharine B. Stevenson, Treasurer, Nortel Networks Corp., was elected Chair. Stephanie A. Wagoner, President, Cardinal Health Capital Corp., will serve as Vice Chair and Treasurer. Also servings as Vice Chairs are David M. Taggart, Vice President and Treasurer, The Coca-Cola Co., and Dennis R. Beresford, Ernst & Young Executive Professor, Terry College of Business, J.M. Tull School of Accounting, The University of Georgia.

Trustees for the 2001-2001 year are Frederick D.S. Choi, Dean, The Undergraduate College, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University, Lawrence F. Davenport, Senior Vice President, Antin Neher Associates, and Donella Rapier, Associate Dean of External Relations & CFO, Harvard Business School.

Serving as ex officio trustee is FEI Vice Chair Ridge A. Braunschweig, Executive VP and CFO, Orion Corp.
