 FEDERAL HOUSING FINANCE BOARD CONFIRMATION HEARING
 The four presidentially appointed members of the Federal Housing


Finance Board, which oversees the Federal Home Loan Bank System (a government sponsored enterprise), are scheduled to go before the Senate Banking Committee for a confirmation hearing on Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 10 a.m., at 538 Dirksen Senate Office Building, Constitution Avenue and First Street N.E., Washington. The Finance Board has served as recess appointees since December 1990. They are:
 -- Daniel F. Evans Jr., chairman (Indianapolis)
 -- Marilyn R. Seymann (Phoenix)
 -- Lawrence U. Costiglio (Uniondale, N.Y.)
 -- William C. Perkins (Madison, Wis.)
