FEDERAL EXPRESS CONSIDERING OPTIONS TO ADDRESS INTERNATIONAL LOSSES
 MEMPHIS, Tenn., Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Federal Express Corporation (NYSE: FDX) announced in response to today's sharp increase in its stock price that it has been considering several options aimed at addressing its international losses.
 Federal Express said those options include possible restructurings or cooperative or other business arrangements with third parties with whom it has held preliminary discussions.
 The company emphasized that its examination of the available options was at this stage exploratory only and that no conclusions had been reached with respect to any courses of action the company may take nor have there been any agreements concluded with third parties.
