FEBRUARY SALES UP 20.6 PERCENT AT HI-LO AUTOMOTIVE HOUSTON, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Hi-Lo Automotive, Inc.
(NYSE: HLO) today reported net sales for the month of February 1992 of $13,100,000, an increase of 20.6 percent from sales of $10,800,000 for the month of February 1991.
For the two months ended Feb. 29, 1992, net sales increased 16.7 percent to $25,200,000 from $21,600,000 for the same period a year ago. Same store sales for the month were $12,500,000, an increase of 16.3 percent from sales of $10,800,000 from February 1991. February 1991 same store sales were 11.9 percent over 1990 levels. Excluding sales for the day of Feb. 29, 1992, same store sales for the month of February 1992 were $11,900,000, an increase of 10.3 percent over February 1991.
