FANNIE MAE ANNOUNCES MEDIUM-TERM NOTE REDEMPTION

 WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) (NYSE: FNM) announced that it will redeem all outstanding amounts of three Medium-Term Note issues totaling $330 million.
 The following Medium-Term Note issues will be redeemed on the respective redemption dates indicated below at a redemption price of 100 percent of the principal amount redeemed, plus accrued interest thereon to the date of redemption:
