 FANNIE MAE ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND
 WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of


the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) (NYSE: FNM) today voted a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 30 cents ($.30) per share for the previous quarter.
 The dividend will be payable on Feb. 25, 1992, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Jan. 31, 1992.
 Fannie Mae, the USA's Housing Partner, is a congressionally chartered, shareholder-owned company and the nation's largest investor in home mortgages.
