FACE OF 2004.
Byline: By PETER BIBBY South Wales EchoHere they are - the final eight bidding to be crowned the Echo Face of 2004. Each of the eight have won through to tomorrow night's final in Cardiff and the chance of a share of pounds 5,000 worth of fantastic prizes.
Four girls - Catrin Powell, Nia Davies, Jenna Louise Pritchard and Lorran James - will be joined by three lads - David Cook, James Williams, Trey Tyler and Spencer Bennett - for the big showdown.
And you can be there, too, to see how they get on. The final is in the Springbok bar in Mary Ann Street (opposite the Cardiff International Arena) from around 7.30pm.
All eight finalists will face five questions each, followed by a trip along the catwalk showing off clothes supplied by Hudson & Hudson and Eden Park stores in Cardiff.
The judges on the night will pick two girls and two guys who will then be featured in the Echo next Wednesday for the final phone voting.
The two who poll the most Echo votes (one girl and one guy) will each receive a superb holiday.
They will also each take away pounds 500 worth of cash to spend on holiday.
And the two runners-up won't go away empty-handed, either - they will each win pounds 250 and a voucher from fashion stores Hudson & Hudson and Eden Park for pounds 100.
