EyeTicket unveils Linux edition of JetStream and EyePass access control products.
US-based EyeTicket Corp has introduced the Linux Enterprise Edition Platform for both its JetStream and EyePass systems.
JetStream is a passenger processing product that uses iris recognition technology to identify passengers at various stages in the travel process - including check-in, baggage check, passport control and boarding. EyePass, meanwhile, is an aviation access control service that uses iris recognition technology to manage the movement of airport and airline personnel.
The new Linux platform is designed to provide a stable and resilient client/server package for network installation of the systems. Availability and pricing were not revealed.
