Extra train seats for forces day crowds.
Scotrail are to provide more seats on trains to and from Stirling for Armed Forces Day on Saturday.
More carriages will be added to services for people travelling to the city for the event in King's Park.
Longer trains will run between Glasgow and Edinburgh to and from Stirling, Dunblane and Alloa throughout the day.
Scotrail's Graham Heald said: "We're proud to play our part in Armed Forces Day. It's important that we support those who serve our country, past and present.
"To help the day run smoothly we're adding more seats on trains to and from the city, although trains will still be busy."
The event includes military parades, musical entertainment and family fun, including a display from the Parachute Regiment's Red Devils.
Proceedings start with The Kennedy Cupcakes on stage at noon.
The official parade steps off from Port Street at 12.05pm.
As part of the celebrations there will be fee parking at all Stirling Council car parks and at the Thistles and Marches shopping centres.
