Extra festive flights.

LOW fares airline Monarch has added 64 additional flights with more than 12,000 seats to its scheduled flying programme for this Christmas and New Year.

The flights, which will operate between Saturday December 20, 2008 and Sunday January 04 2009, will be from all four of Monarch's scheduled UK bases to some of Europe's key winter hotspots throughout Spain, the Spanish Islands, Portugal and Cyprus.

Additional frequencies to be added include the following: From Birmingham to Lanzarote, Malaga and Tenerife; From London Gatwick to Lanzarote and Larnaca; From London Luton to Larnaca; And from Manchester to Faro, Lanzarote, Malaga and Tenerife For the first time, Monarch will be operating scheduled flights this year on Christmas day.
