OTHER shows to tempt you out this weekend include the country-rock of Kevin Montgomery and his band the Endangered Livers tonight at Cluny 2.

TOMORROW, the ever-popular Elkie Brooks plays Sage Gateshead's Hall 1 and has a new album, Powerless, her first new album in five years - with songs by Bob Dylan and Prince included - and her 20th studio effort in total, to showcase.

ALSO tomorrow night, Studio at Live Theatre has a world music gig which includes Ladies of Midnight Blue, Kennedy & Mosamba, Afsumu Blue and the reggae DJ, Shadow.
