Extensya Holds a Series of Training Comprehensive Courses for its Employees

Extensya, the largest Jordanian company specialized in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), has announced that it recently conducted a series of comprehensive training programs for its employees and work teams under the supervision of experts in the areas of consultation and technical and executive training.

Since the company's inception, Extensya has given great attention to the habilitation and training of its employees and work teams, which has led the company to formulate new strategies and long-term plans relating to the development of human resources on all employment levels.

Training courses focused collectively on improving and developing the knowledge and skills of Extensya's team. The aim was to expand their knowledge to include a number of fields such as the technicalities used in the production of communication centers, the applications of contact management, data communications, campaign management, information center management, linguistic competency,

"The process of developing and polishing the skills of our employees is one of the top priorities of the company," said Extensya's CEO Mr. Wael Al-Daoud. "These courses confirm our commitment to sharpen the skills of our team to ensure the best possible end results."

Extensya intends to continue holding such training programs, believing in the importance of human resources development as a national duty of the first degree and as part of Extensya's commitment to serve its clients in the best possible way.

It is worth noting that Extensya launched its operations last April to provide a large array of services, including Customer Relations Management and Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention solutions, Customer Value Management, and Customer Care solutions, as well as solutions for marketing, billing and collection, human resources support.
