Extended Internet Access service available now from iDesk.
UK-based support services group iDesk has extended its Internet Access support services for ADSL suppliers.
The company now offers first and second line technical support together with third party manufacturer and BT fault management. The service is modular so that customers can pick and choose which aspects of the offering they would like to implement and decide if they want cover for a low or high volume of calls.
The cost of the service was not announced.
