Expo organizers expect show's best year ever.

Despite adding more booths for its highly anticipated 19th Annual Co-op & Condo Expo, The Cooperator has already leased more than 90% of the available spaces nearly two months in advance, announced Henry Robbins, executive vice president of Yale Robbins, Inc., which produces the show.

The March 16 event will be held at the New York Hilton, at 1335 Ave. of the Americas.

This year's Expo will include 220 booths. The popularity of last year's show convinced organizers to increase capacity and add a third floor dedicated to seminars.

"This show just gets bigger and better every year," said Robbins. "Every time we add booths, they fill up even more quickly. We're expecting our best Expo ever this year, with more participants, additional seminars and an expected record number of visitors."

The seminars will cover such topics as the future of the mortgage market, the future of wireless communication, cost-saving energy strategies, lawsuit problems and working with designers.

The Expo will feature numerous free advice booths, raffles and an onsite food court, as well. In addition, a fully equipped Cyber Cafe will be added this year to allow visitors to receive and send email.

More than 4,000 New York area visitors are expected to attend the 19th Annual Co-op & Condo Expo. Admission is free, but organizers request that guests pre-register at or through the toll-free telephone registration at 888-249-0367. The exhibition floors will be in Americas Halls I and II at The New York Hilton, with the seminars held in the Rhinelander Room.
