Expo gets bigger and better.
The March 16 event will be held at the New York Hilton, 1335 Avenue of the Americas (53rd Street).
This year's Expo will include 220 booths, 200 of which have already been leased. The overwhelming popularity of last year's show convinced organizers to increase capacity and add a third floor dedicated to seminars.
"This show just gets bigger and better every year," says Mr. Robbins. "Every time we add booths, they fill up even more quickly. We're expecting our best Expo ever this year, with more participants, additional seminars and an expected record number of visitors." Seminars will cover such topics as the future of the mortgage market, the future of wireless communication, cost-saving energy strategies, solving lawsuit problems and working with designers. Sponsors include Time Warner Cable, Con Edison of New York, Meridian Capital Group, the Law offices of Stark & Stark and Sygrove Associates Design Group, Inc.
The Expo will feature numerous free advice booths, raffles and an onsite food court. In addition, a fully equipped Cyber Cafe will be added this year to allow visitors to receive and send email.
More than 4,000 New York area visitors are expected to attend the 19th Annual Co-op & Condo Expo. Admission is free, but organizers request that guests pre-register via the Web site at www.coopexpo.com or through the toll-free telephone registration at 888249-0367.
The exhibition floors will be in Americas Halls I and II at The New York Hilton.
