Expanding into the future.

At Osprey Corporation our goal is successful integration of Osprey engineered air systems with your production demands. Osprey is proud to be a single source for solving problems in the air laid production process. Osprey's innovative Engineering Department is a design team dedicated to fulfilling every customer's performance requirements. Our Manufacturing and Assembly Departments are made up of skilled professionals with years of experience in their fields.

Osprey's team of field technicians install and maintain Osprey equipment all over the world, as well as provide inplant training for customer personnel. Osprey's Parts Department offers a complete inventory of parts to correspond with every Osprey system. From engineering to assembly, from installation to spare parts, everyone at Osprey is committed to achieving our goal of total system integration and total system responsibility.

Osprey continues to grow. In Field Service, Parts, Manufacturing and Assembly, we are expanding to meet the needs of Osprey customers worldwide. A major component of that growth is the Osprey Product Development Center, which is a creative resource for innovating new designs, refining already existing equipment and testing customer product.

A recent development is the Osprey Sound Enclosure, which reduces the noise produced by hammermills and forming sections. Constructed of galvanized steel with a 4" thick insulated core, the Osprey Sound Enclosure is custom built to accommodate ducting and access. Another way Osprey has responded to the needs of our customers is with the development of the Osprey SAP Extraction System. Capable of extracting a high percentage of the polymer from reclaimed fluff, the SAP Extraction System provides clean SAP for reapplication to the production line using the Osprey SAP Dosing Unit.

At Osprey we acknowledge our responsibility to uphold standards of excellence. The Osprey Rotary Drum Filter System, which was designed to improve air quality, recover fluff and return it to the process, is the most well known of Osprey systems. A recently developed design now enables us to serve multiple absorbent pad production machines with one drum filter. Osprey has also led the way in the utilization of incline-flight bale openers and vertical storage for specialty and reclaim fibers. This bale opening system also compliments our existing fluff reclaim system.

Osprey Corporation provides practical, efficient and cost effective air and fiber handling systems worldwide. Our goal is successful integration of Osprey engineered air systems with your production demands. With a steady focus on the future, you can depend on Osprey for complete customer satisfaction through total system performance today, tomorrow and for years to come.
