The Korpacz National Market Indicators that appear quarterly in Valuation Insights & Perspectives are now posted to the Members Only side of the Appraisal Institute's Web site. Members can gain access to the data by logging in to www.appraisalinstitute.org/mbrsonly.A link to Real Estate Outlook, the semi-annual publication of Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation Advisory Services, has also been posted to the Web, in the Economic Indicators on the public side. Co-branded by the Appraisal Institute, Real Estate Outlook provides an overview of historical office and industrial trends, recent significant transactions, investor return parameters, specialty property insights and its national investor survey.
