EXOTIC pets will be shown the door when Extell's uber posh One57 opens next year.
According to the New York Post's Lois Weiss, a public filing of the gold-plated condo's condo bylaws bans everything from pot-bellied pigs to gerbils, guinea pigs hens and ponies.
Only dogs, cats, caged birds and aquarium fish will be allowed in.
The suits at Extell must have read Brokers Weekly's story last October which detailed how crafty pet lovers have been smuggling everything from kangaroos to Jaguars into their walk-ups for years.
Million Dollar Listings star Ryan Serhant--who himself owned a teacup pig--pooh-poohed the naysayers at the time.
"At the end of the day, it's a guy and his pet," said Serhant. "New York is a lonely city. Everybody needs somebody to love."
