Exhibitors expect high sales.
DUBAI -- Exhibitors expect high sales from IndiaHome Property Exhibition, which concluded on Sunday, on the basis of queries generated during the three-day event.
As NRI families flocked to the exhibition to check out the properties available across India, with the organisers attributing the increased footfall to the return of investor confidence in the market.
"IndiaHome Property Exhibition is a value add that Citibank brings to its large NRI customer base in the UAE. The exhibition is yet another platform where we put to service our two decades of mortgages experience in India to make the Dubai NRI's home-buying process convenient and seamless," Sanjoy Sen, Consumer Bank Head for the Middle East & North Africa Region, commented on the event.
Several well-known builders from across India showcased their ready and under construction projects with price range of Rs4 million to Rs100 million the exhibition appealed to a broad audience, right from the mid income group to the top end segment.
Harmit Chawla-Vice President --Sales & Marketing , Paras Buildtech India, showcasing their properties in Gurgoan & Delhi said: "People are aware of the fact that it is the most opportune time to invest, as the real estate sector in India is on a rebound and poised to enter the phase where the prices are going to rise.
