Exclusive agent in Yonkers.

Tri-State Warehouse Distributors Inc. has named Friedland Realty, Inc as the exclusive agent for its 17,000 square-foot brick warehouse located at 222 Valentine Lane, in southwest Yonkers. According to Peter Cokin and Lee Scher, of Friedland Realty, the property was recently modernized, and must sell quickly to complete a tax-free exchange.

The building features an 18-foot ceiling height and two drive-in doors. It can be easily divided for two users, an includes 1,000 square-feet of office space.

This building has only come on the market because Tri-State Automotive Warehouse is moving to new quarters: 44 Runyon Avenue, a location with twice the space secured for them by Cokin and Scher. The firm is seeking to effect a tax-free exchange of property which places a premium on prompt sag ofthe Valentine Lane site.
