Exciting developments from Sessions.

At PPMA 2008 Sessions of York displayed several exciting new developments in labels and labelling machines.

Sessions' stand featured for the first time its DPM+ Print/Apply labeller. The competitively priced DPM+ will print text and barcodes at high speed and also apply these printed labels to products.

Print formats can be downloaded from existing Windows label generation software using a free print driver.

Also among the latest innovations on the stand were the state-of-the-art Sequence Total front/back labeller. The Sequence Total features an advanced digital control box providing reliable operator interface for quick and easy format change.

The Sequence Total labels virtually any size or shape of container and is extremely user-friendly, giving high performance with low maintenance cost.

In addition Sessions showed the improved RC30 self-adhesive labelling unit which handles small cylindrical items and difficult-to-handle products. The RC30 has recently undergone further development and now has a smaller footprint and more safety features.

GlueZone patterned adhesive labels puts the customer in complete control of where adhesive is located on a label. This opens up a wide range of uses where all over adhesive coverage is not required.
