I TOOK out a pounds 12,000 loan with my partner but we split and I am left repaying it. She is on benefits. Can I make her pay?

AS this is a joint loan with your home as security you must pay or a creditor could force you to sell. You have right of relief against your ex for her share. Get a lawyer to draw up a minute of agreement to claim what she owes.
