Evolved Software Solutions Announces a Digital Asset Backup Service Program for ISPs and Their Subscribers.

File Preserver Program Offers ISPs Opportunity to Differentiate Themselves in an Increasingly Competitive Marketplace

PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Evolved Software Solutions, a cutting-edge offsite digital backup services company, announced today an Internet Service Provider (ISP) program that extends its innovative File Preserver online backup service to ISPs and their subscribers. In today's market, it is critical for ISPs to identify clear, competitive value propositions for subscribers to remain competitive with established, online mega-brands like Google(TM) and EarthLink. Evolved Software and its ISP partners are teaming up to offer personal computer users and small/medium size businesses a simple, low-cost solution to protect against the loss of important data.

"We are continually evaluating value-add offerings for our customers to build into their networks, and looking for ways for them to differentiate themselves in a competitive marketplace," said Stan McCann, director of marketing, at Bayou City Connected in Houston, Texas. "Adding the File Preserver backup service to our network feature packages, means we can now play an important role in ensuring our customers are equipped to offer important digital backup services as a sticky feature for their end user base. It's a win-win proposition for us, our partners and their subscribers."

With the File Preserver program, ISPs can offer subscribers the security of protecting digital assets from all types of data loss - from a hard drive crash to a natural disaster destroying their home - at a secure, off-site location. ISPs of any size will also provide compelling File Preserver small business features like a "virtual filing cabinet" which allows users to search for any electronic document or scanned paper document, via standard keyword searches and optical character recognition. File Preserver is available as either a private label solution or resale product making it cost effective by avoiding the requirement to purchase equipment, software and staffing to create this service in house. ISPs also receive revenue sharing commissions from 30 to 50 percent based on number of subscribers signed up for the program.

"Everyday personal computer users are building a 'digital record' of their lives when they save important financial data, purchase online music or store digital photos. Many consumers today don't realize what an important asset this has become, and as a result, they don't take the necessary steps to protect it," said Richard Kane, President and CEO of Evolved Software Solutions. "Offering File Preserver backup services through ISPs provides an easy and convenient option for computer users to ensure their most important data is safe."

File Preserver makes it simple for home computer users to set up regularly scheduled, automatic backups of important files via the Internet. The files are encrypted, password protected, and stored on a secure offsite server for instant retrieval 24/7. File Preserver runs on Microsoft Windows 98, 2000 and XP. File Preserver can be accessed through any dial-up or high-speed Internet connection offered by an ISP. More information about File Preserver and the ISP program can be found at www.filepreserver.com and for inquiries, an e-mail can be sent to support@filepreserver.com or by phoning (561) 853-2156.
