NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT-September 18, 2018-Evli Pankki acquires unlisted A shares


Evli Bank Oyj (HEL:EVLI), an investment bank, reported on Monday that in accordance with the shareholder agreement, it has acquired 5,066 of its own unlisted A shares on 17 September 2018, as a result of the termination of employment relationships.

This acquisition was at an average price per share of EUR4.45, for a total cost of EUR22,543.70.

Reportedly, the consideration paid in the transactions were, according to the terms and conditions of the shareholder agreement, 50% of the B share's closing price on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on 10 September 2018.

Now, after this acquisition, Evli Bank holds a total of 364,721 A shares.

Evli offers mutual funds, asset management and capital markets services, alternative investment products, investment research, administration of incentive programs and Corporate Finance services. The company also offers banking services that support clients' investment operations.
