Every man I meet just wants sex.

Byline: Joan Burnie

Q WHERE have all the decent men gone? I'm a divorcee in my late 30s. I'm told I have a good personality and I'm not bad looking.

I have a daughter, but I don't want a new father for her or a husband. I just want someone I can have a laugh with and, if things work out, go to bed with.

The problem is all the men want is sex.

They don't want to talk and they don't want to take me out.

They just want to jump straight into the sack with me. I've tried everything from personal ads to the internet and I get plenty of replies. But it's always the same.

A WHILE looking on the internet and advertising is fine, genuine soulmates are more likely to turn up through a shared hobby or activity.

So get dancing or singing or whatever floats your boat. Your attempts at finding someone to have a laugh with haven't been successful, but don't lose faith in mankind just yet.
