Saratoga Systems, a supplier of enterprise software solutions, announced on Tuesday (15 August) that Saratoga CRM (Customer Relationship Management) has been selected by rail service Eurostar to strengthen the communications between its four separate sales teams based in France, Belgium and the UK.
According to the company, Saratoga CRM will offer Eurostar a flexible solution for improved sales, marketing, and customer service effectiveness across its four sales teams, while the improved visibility of sales data across all teams will ensure faster customer response times.
Eurostar selected Saratoga CRM solution because of its ease of use and high configurability, said the director of UK and international sales at Eurostar.
No financial details were disclosed.
