Kluwer Law International (Amsterdam) has published "Customs Law of the European Union," a loose leaf reference that examines the range of aspects of EU customs law. The reference is designed to offer guidance on the "ins and outs of EU customs law so that professionals can help their clients avoid EU customs audits, minimize customs duty, streamline transactions and stay in full compliance," Kluwer Law said. Content includes coverage of topics such as: EU legislation, international agreements, movement and classification of goods, rules of origin, anti-dumping and protective measures, economic regimes, electronic data interchange, excise duties, control bodies, litigation/ case law, anti-money laundering measures, and the Modernized Customs Code. The volume costs $330.
