A prominent figure in the European community for more than 40 years, Dr. FitzGerald served as the Prime Minister of Ireland from June 1981 to March 1982 and again from December 1982 to March 1987. During his time in office he attended more than 20 European Council meetings and at different times served as President of the Council of Ministers and the European Council of Heads of Government. He is currently a member of the Council of State and an active Chancellor of the National University of Ireland, which comprises four of the State's seven universities. A specialist in EU regulatory law, Mr. Grayston's practice covers key areas of corporate law including EU competition, EU and WTO trade law and EU regulatory controls on market access. In addition to working with corporate clients, Mr. Grayston has worked extensively as a government advisor, particularly under UK and EU funded projects in Central and Eastern Europe.

"With corporate ethics and compliance becoming such a global issue, it was important for Integrity's Advisory Panel to include individuals with international legal expertise," said Integrity Interactive President Carl Nelson.
