Etisalat deploys management solution for Imdaad.

Etisalat has announced its strategic partnership with Imdaad, a leading provider of facilities management solutions, to deploy an end to end work manager solution in partnership with Syclo, a top mobile solutions company.

The mobile workforce management solution will enable Imdaad to improve field worker efficiency and communication while leveraging the ubiquity of mobile devices to streamline work management predominantly in the areas of Field Force Management, workflow approvals, asset management and facilities management.

The work manager solution will be integrated with Imdaad's Maximo -- enterprise asset management system and will provide unprecedented capabilities to manage workload while reducing operating costs through efficient work order management.

The solution will be able to utitise peripherals such as location based services, Barcode scanning, RFID and Bluetooth to capture more accurate data to enhance its enterprise system.
