Essential note for the 2007 diary.

Still lots of shopping days to Christmas time but one thing you really need to know now when doing your planning: Huddersfield's biggest and best panto will be back in its usual slot early in the new year.

Huddersfield Light Opera Company are champing at the bit to get back on stage at the LBT in January.

Humpty Dumpty will run from Saturday, January 6 to January 13, with evening performances every night (but no performance on the Tuesday) at 7.15pm and matinee performances at 2.15pm on Saturdays and 4pm on the Sunday.

Tickets now from Light Opera members, from 17 Dundas Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2HF or, from December 1, at the LBT box office (01484-430528).
