Ernst & Young leases in Philly

Ernst & Young, one of the nation's most prominent accounting firms, recently signed a lease for 102,000 square feet of office space at Two Commerce Square in Center City Philadelphia.

Cushman & Wakefield brokers Gilbert C. Pierce of the firm's Philadelphia office and Michael Dailey and George Ward of its New York City office represented Ernst & Young in the transaction. The long term lease was signed with Maguire Thomas Partners, owner and developer of the twin tower Commerce Square development.

According to Richard J. Calhoun, leasing manager for Maguire Thomas Partners, Ernst & Young selected Two Commerce Square after an extensive two year search throughout the Center City marketplace.
