FLOATING AGGREGATE

Benz Inc.

Benz Inc. has developed a new floating aggregate with integrated chip removal. Large contours or variations in thickness of material are recognized by the aggregate and followed precisely, according to the manufacturer. Via the ER32 nut and collet, cutting can be controlled when a specific tool depth is required. The adjustment of the floating ring is done by an easy-to-read scale with an accuracy of 0.01mm. The floating occurs mechanically via springs and will give users a +4mm to -4mm stroke.

NITROGEN GENERATION SYSTEM: NORDSON CORP

The Nitrogen Generation System from Nordson creates a continuous, uninterrupted supply of 95% to 99.5% pure nitrogen gas. The inert nitrogen gas can be used with Nordson foaming systems to produce a closed cell foam that improves physical properties and reduces the volume of adhesives and sealants, and with most Nordson tank melters or extruders to create a nitrogen blanket to preserve reactive material integrity. As a self-contained, wall-mount system, the generator installs without electrical connections.
