Entry shelter with a view.
Architect James Oliver designed the 6- by 6-foot entry deck to be as bright as possible. The shed roof is made of three panels of safety glass. The far side appears open, but framed in the view opening is a solid wall of safety glass for wind protection. A railing and bench seat prevent guests from walking into the glass.
