Enthralling armed forces band adds patriotic fervour to CWG closing ceremony.

New Delhi, Oct.14 (ANI): The Armed Forces' band brought patriotic fervour among the crowd, as it played Saare Jahaan Se Acha and other new tracks here on Thursday.

It included all the three forces--the Indian Army, the Indian Navy and the Indian Navy.

The 10-minute performance by the Army Band, which annually performs at the Beating Retreat ceremony during the Republic Day celebrations, was enchanting. It recieved a huge roar of appreciation of the crowd at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

Sport lovers, who had never been lucky enough to watch the Army band playing different tunes LIVE during the Beating Retreat ceremony at Vijay Chowk, looked enjoying the melody in disbelief and amazement. (ANI)
