English hordes dominate last 16; SPORT ON TV.

Live football BT Sport 3, 7.45pm THE Champions League resumes at the last-16 stage and with so many English clubs still involved it's hard to keep track of them all, writes James Milton.

Manchester City, favourites for the trophy, head to Basel and Tottenham are away at Juventus but who are the other English representatives? If Manchester United are in then surely Newcastle, their conquerors on Sunday, have made the last 16 - and we all know how much Rafa Benitez relishes steering a path through the knockout stages.

Chelsea and Liverpool are definitely there and Burnley must have ground their way through under the astute management of Sean Dyche.

Wolves - the second-best team in the country - always pose a threat, Wigan are closing in on a league and FA Cup double, while Leeds, Derby, Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa can recapture their European glory days.

I make that 13 of the last 16 yet you can still get 11-8 about an English winner. Madness.
