Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, one of New Jersey's leading development organizations, has announced that Charles A. Manganaro Consulting Engineers has leased an additional 6,454 square feet at Court Plaza North. The company now occupies 8,143 square feet at the award-winning office center.

Manganaro has been a tenant at Court Plaza North since 1986. The engineering firm specializes in the design of water and sewage treatment plants as well as environmental engineering.

Court Plaza North, which consists of 160,000 square feet on six floors, serves as headquarters for the owner/developer Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. The building is part of the Court Plaza Complex which totals 330,000 square feet in three buildings.

Located on Main Street in the center of Hackensack, Court Plaza Complex is situated directly across the street from the historic Bergen County Courthouse-which is reflected in the striking glass and granite facade of the east side of Court Plaza North.
